Send Message
When a customer sends you an message, you can send any text/ image/ video/ file/ audio message just like how do you on your usual instant messager
Send Text Message
Enter the message in the input
Click the "Send" button on the right hand side
Send Audio Message
Long press the "record" button
continue to press the button until you have finished the recording
Slide to left to cancel the recording
Send Multi-media message
Click the "+" button on the left hand side
Select the type
Send Image Message With Camera
Select "Camera" and take the picture
Fill in the message
Click to send the message
Cancel the message
Send Photo & Video Message
Select "Photo & Video Library" and select the photo/ video
FIll in the message
Click to send the message
Cancel the message
Send Document Message
Select "Document" and select the file
FIll in the message
Click to send the message
Cancel the message
Send Contact Message

Reply to a message
There are 2 ways to reply to a message
swipe a message from left to right to reply to a message
long press the message and select "Reply"
