Onedm is an app designed for multiple user concurrent usage, you can invite your team to join and start interacting with your customer

Add user to your team

In order to add a user to your team, you will need an existing user to share your invite code to your new user

Find & share your company invite code

1. Navigate to setting page

2. Click "Invite Code"

3. Click "Invite now" and share to your team

Join a company by invite code

Instruct your team members to join the company by following the steps of this section.

Step 1/3: Input your invite code

Visit our redeem code website: https://redeem.onedm.app/redeemCode. You can access this website with PC or mobile. We are showing the interface of the PC version in this section.

1. Language Selector You can change the site's display language through its dropdown.

2. Invite Code Input Input your invite code here. If you do not have an invite code, please refer to the "Where is my invite code?" section under it.

3. Redeem Button Press this button after you inputted your invite code. The site will bring you to the next page if everything is good.

Step 2/3: Binding your account to the company

1. Company Name Confirm if the company name is the one you intended to join. If not, which is very rare, please press the Back Button (3) and redo the whole redeem flow with a correct invite code.

2. New User / Existing User Tab Select the appropriate tab before proceed. If you are a new Onedm user, click on the "NEW USER" button and then follow the instruction in the "Binding a New User" section below. If you are an existing Onedm user, click on the "EXISTING USER" button and then follow the instruction in the "Binding an Existing User" section below.

Binding a New User

1. Email Address Input Input your preferred email address here. Onedm team will send emails to you with this email address if there is anything needs your attention.

2. Password Input Input your preferred password here. You can reveal your input by toggling the eye icon on the right-hand side of the input bar. As the minimum requirement, a password has to be 6 or more characters. Onedm team recommends you set up a stronger password with more characters and number/symbol combinations to enhance the protection of your Onedm account. The following symbols are acceptable: ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ `

3. Register Button Press this button after you confirmed all inputs are correct. The site will bring you to the next page if everything is good.

Binding an Existing User

1. Email Address Input Input the email address of your Onedm account here.

2. Password Input Input the password of your Onedm account here.

3. Sign In Button Press this button after you inputted everything. The site will bring you to the next page if everything is good.

Step 3/3: Finishing

Your Onedm account is all set to access the company. If you are new to Onedm or have not installed the Onedm App, follow the link / QR code on this page to install the Onedm App on your preferred mobile platform.

View my team

1. Go to "Setting Page" and click "My Team"

2. View the list of users in your company
