Check Message Details

When you have sent a message, sometimes you want to know more about the message, such as delivery status, read status.

There are 2 ways to see the details of messages that you sent to your customer

1. Swipe the message from right to left

2. Long press the message and select "Info"

Message delivery status

On the right bottom of each message, there is a status icon to indicate the delivery status of the message

Icon	Status
	Loading status, Onedm is trying to send your message
	Sent status, Onedm has sent your message and delivering to customer's device
	Delivered status, Onedm has delivered the message to customer's device
	Read status, The user has read your message (depends on user's privacy settings)
