Update chat status

Each customer contact can be in status "Open" or "Archive".

The default status is "Open" unless you have finished the interaction with the customer, you can mark it as "Archive"

  1. Go to the customer detail page

  2. Click the "Archive Chat" to change status from "Open" or "Archive" and the "Unarchive Chat" to change status from "Archive" or "Open"
